The Škoda 254 was a utility vehicle was produced in Czechoslovakia by Škoda. The 254 was produced as a lorry, bus and other body types. Production began in 1935 and ended in 1943, a total of 2662 vehicles were produced.
The engine was a water-cooled inline four-cylinder OHV unit with a capacity of 3770cc. This had a maximum power output of 41 kW (55 hp). The vehcile was able to reach a maximum speed of 60 km/h. Some vehicles were also produced with a gas powered engine (which produced a maximum power output of 31kW) and were designated as the 254 G.
From 1939, this model was produced with six-cylinder engine under the name of Škoda 256.
