The Škoda 420 was a car produced by Škoda before the Second World War between 1933 and 1938.
The Škoda 420 Standard was produced from 1933 to 1934. It was available as a two-door or four-door sedan, coupe or roadster. A total of 421 cars were produced.
The engine was a 995cc unit that produced a maximum power output of 16 kW at 3000rpm. The maximum speed of the 420 Standard was 85 km/h.
The Škoda 420 Popular was produced between 1934 and 1938. The car was available as a sedan, coupe, convertible and roadster. The price for the roadster was CZK 17,800 and CZK 18 800 for the convertible. A total of 4220 cars were produced.
In 1936, a modified version of the Škoda 420 Popular Sport was entered in the Monte Carlo Rally where it finished third.
The engine specification is the same as that of the 420 Standard.
