The Alfa Romeo 20-30 HP was the first torpedo car (comparable to a modern convertible) that was built by the automaker Alfa Romeo, after the First World War.
It was the first car produced with the new brand name. The model was derived from the previous 20-30 HP. The price of the car was £35,000, this is more than 3 times the amount Ford charged for a Model T. The car was designed by the engineer Merosi Joseph. This amount is surprising suggesting that the world had just climbed out of a world war.
The production was oriented to a very high standard of mechanics, power and refinement. Only 124 cars were produced.
