The Alfa Romeo Mille was an 8-11 ton truck produced by Alfa Romeo between 1958 and 1964. The model is fitted by 11 L engine, which produces between 163 hp (122 kW) and 174 hp (130 kW) . The Mille was the last heavy commercial product from Alfa Romeo. For the time, Alfa Romeo Mille was one of the most innovative trucks. In 1964 Alfa Romeo has ceased production of heavy trucks. In 1956, the license for the production of the Mille was acquired by the Brazilian company FNM and was producing these trucks under its own brand until 1980. This was called as FNM 180 series.
Italian Bartoletti made a car transporter version of Mille in 1963; it could carry up to 8 cars on two levels of the car and trailer. There was also special Mille "Motori Aviazione" made for transportation of aircraft engines made by Alfa Romeo.
