The BRP 1 was a racecar that was designed by Tony Robinson and raced during the 1963 and 1964 seasons of Formula One.
The car made its debut at the 1963 Grand Prix being driven by Innes Ireland. The car was retired by due to a gearbox fault. The alternate driver was Trevor Taylor. The BRP 1 had a BRM P56 V8 engine and rode on Dunlop tyres. It had an aluminium monocoque chassis and a BRM six-speed gearbox.
The car did not have a very successful racing career.
