The 25/65 PS was an automobile manufactured by the German automotive firm Benz & Cie from 1915 to 1918. It was both the predecessor and successor of the 25/55 PS.

The 25/65 PS was fitted with a 6503cc six-cylinder engine capable of generating 65 bhp (48 kW) of output at 1650 rpm. Engine power was transferred from a leather cone clutch to a four-speed gearbox, and from there via a propshaft to the rear wheels. It had a top speed of approximately 95 km/h. The chassis of a 25/65 PS alone weighed 1450 kg.

The car was offered as a double phaeton, landaulet, and saloon, and was equipped with rigid axles and leaf-sprung wooden or wire-spoked wheels.
