The 22/90 was a car built by Beverley-Barnes in 1928. Only 2 or 3 were made.
The engine was a six cylinder unit with a capacity of 2736cc. Twin overhead camshafts replaced the conventional single overhead camshaft and rocker arms seen in earlier Beverley-Barnes models. They were initially still chain driven but this changed to a gear train. Also an American Warner four speed gearbox was used.
The chassis was either 9ft 8in or 11ft 2in. The chassis had semi-elliptical springs all round and Perrot system brakes on all four wheels. The brakes were controlled by a vacuum servo.
The chassis cost £650 when new.
