Hodgson Motors was a British automobile manufacturer based in Leeds (Yorkshire) which operated between 1922 and 1925, producing light vehicles.

The Hodgson 12/25 hp was the only model. The lightweight touring car had a water-cooled, side-valve four-cylinder engine with 1.5 litre displacement. The wheelbase of the car was 2,743mm.

The sporty but expensive car found few buyers. Therefore, the company closed its doors in 1925.
