Daimler 4hp

The 4hp was a car made by Daimler between 1896 and 1903.

Created by FR Simms, the four-wheeled 4hp was the first car to come from Daimler in 1896.

The 4hp was fitted with a 1527cc two-cylinder engine which was mid-mounted. The car was fitted with a four-speed gearbox and power was delivered to the rear wheels.

The 4hp had a top speed of 20mph (32kmh).
