The Embeesea Charger and Charger 2 were two kits cars produced in the early 1980s.

They were initially manufactured by Embeesea Kit Cars but they were later handed down to several other companies who tried to revive them each time.

The Charger was based on the Volkswagen Beetle floorpan and would also use all the Beetle mechanical components as well as a Mk3 Ford Cortina windscreen and Citroën GS rear screen. Doors were of gull-wing design for added interest.

The Charger 2 was a 2+2 version and is easily identifiable with by its extra length and rear side windows.
