The Ginetta G23 was a prototype 2-seater sports car built in 1981.
The G23 was a 2-door convertible prototype developed from the Ginetta G21. The cars were fitted with a 2.8 litre Ford V6 OHV petrol engine that had 12 valves (2 per cylinder) and cost £6,900. The engine was capable of producing 138bhp and propelling the cars up to a top speed of 206 km/h. The engine was mated to a manual 4-speed gearbox and power was sent to the rear wheels.
Only 3 cars were made.
