The Gräf & Stift S 3 is a car of the upper class which was produced by the car company Gräf & Stift. It was introduced in 1925.

The 6-litre car was slightly smaller than the SR 3. Its price was 28,000 Reichsmarks which was just as high as that of the Mercedes 24/100/140 PS.

The car had installed a front-mounted 6-cylinder engine mated to a 4-speed gearbox sending power to the rear wheels. The engine developed 80 hp (59 kW) at 2500rpm. The top speed of the 2000 kg vehicle was 120 km/h.

In 1931 the production of the model was ceased after about 250 cars had been made.
