The 13/45 Sports was a car made by HE between 1922 and 1925.
The 13/45 Sports had a four-cylinder 1982cc engine (with sidevalves) which produced 45bhp. The engine was connected to a four-speed gearbox via a multi-plate clutch. The head was made from aluminium and the buyer could have a choice between a magneto or coil ignition. They were mounted above the dynamo and driven by the skew gear from the dynamo shaft. A Solex carburettor was also fitted.
The chassis was 9ft 6in with semi-elliptical leaf-springs on the front and quarter-elliptical leaf-springs on the rear. Brakes were fitted on all four wheels and were controlled by both the footbrake and handbrake.
The car cost £720 when new in 1923.
