The Super Sports was a car made by Horstman between 1922 and 1923. It is unsure how many were made.
The car had a 1496cc four-cylinder Anzani engine with side valves. A three-speed gearbox was fitted as well as a single-plate clutch. The car had a guaranteed top speed of over 70mph (113kmh).
The chassis was 9ft 7in long with Cantilever suspension all round. Brakes were fitted on the rear wheels only. The chassis was an early example of a monocoque design.
The car had a polished aluminium body and a pointed tail that made it look like an aeroplane. The flared wings were designed to be removed easily for racing.
The car cost £336 when new.
