The 864 was a car produced between 1936 and 1939 by the automaker Hotchkiss.
The 864 was only a slight update of Hotchkiss 486. The cars were equipped with a 2324cc 4-cylinder in-line engine, capable of delivering 60 hp of power. The cars had a top speed of 120 km/h.
The wheelbase was 2920 mm long with the finished body being 4630 mm long. They were 1730 mm wide and an empty car weighs 1250 kg. Three body styles were available, a sedan, a coupe and a cabriolet.
The 864 was taken out of production in 1939, with the arrival of World War II.
