The Intermeccanica Omega was a car produced between 1967 and 1968.
The Omega's have an all steel body, that was manufactured by the craftsmen at Carozzeria Automobili Intermeccanica in Torino, Italy. The Omega was a 2-door coupe with rear-wheel drive.
Upon completion, it was shipped to North Carolina, where the drivetrain, consisting of a slightly tweaked high-performance Ford 289 V8 engine, mounted to a 4-speed toploader transmission, was installed. The engine was able to deliver 200bhp
Only 33 cars were built.
