The Lancia Esatau is a truck model produced by the post-war division of Lancia Trucks.

The Esatau chassis was also adapted to be used as a bus. This was used by the leading companies of Italian public transport such as ATM and ATAC.

In 1947 sees the introduction of the Esatau 864, the first version. In 1957, the Esatau B was introduced to renew the range and offer more. The B was used for transporting goods and buses. These had the new cab over engine design, unlike the original Esatau.

Regarding the Esatau B, it was equipped with an in-line six-cylinder engine with a displacement of 8867cc. This was able to produce more than 150 hp. The clutch was a servo controlled unit.
