The Laurin & Klement 110 was a car produced between 1925 and 1930 in Mlada Boleslav, since June 1925 Škoda had taken over production.
The engine was water-cooled inline four-cylinder unit that sent it's power to the rear wheels. The bore was 72 mm and the stroke was 110 mm. The first and second series of cars had an engine with a displacement of 1791cc and a power output of 18 kW. This gave the cars a maximum speed of 80 km/h. From the third series (1926) the cars were fitted with an engine with a displacement of 1944cc and a power output of 22 kW. This gave the cars a maximum speed of 85 km/h.
In 1929, the car was replaced by 4 R, a total of 2985 cars had been made.
