The Laurin & Klement 350 (also known as Laurin & Klement-Škoda 350 or Škoda 350) was offered as the successor of the Type 445/450. The car was introduced in 1925 with individually designed 4 or 6-seater bodies according to customer requirements.

The 3498 cc water-cooled, side-valve, six-cylinder, four-stroke engine had a power output of 50 hp (37 kW). This accelerated the 1950 kg vehicle up to 100 km/h. The engine power was sent to the rear wheels. The chassis of the car consisted of riveted steel U-profile beams.
