The Lola T61 was a Formula 2 racing car which was built in 1966 by Lola Cars.
The Lola T61 was a much improved version of the Lola T60 of 1965. The car was built for the British Midland Racing Partnership Formula 2 team. The season was marked by the supremacy of the Brabham racing car with either Honda or with Cosworth engines.
The Lola T61 and the new race cars from Matra filled the starting fields. The best place the T61 finished in was fourth.
