Mazda MX-81

Mazda MX-81 -

The Mazda MX-81 (also known as Bertone Aria ) was a concept car built by Italian firm Bertone for Mazda, and was first presented at the Motor Show in Tokyo, Japan in 1981.

The car was equipped with a 1.5 litre engine with a turbocharger and an output of 130hp. The car is characterised by its very special steering wheel, where the instruments are built into the steering wheel center. The model was never intended as anything other than a concept, and it is not known which one example that was built is today.
