The Merzario M1 was a racecar which was designed by Arturo Merzario for the 1980 Belgium Grand Prix.

The car was not finished in time for the race and so then the car was modified so it could be raced in the Formula 2 championships. For the 1980 Belgium Grand Prix, the car was going to be driven by Artuto Merzario.

The car was fitted with a Ford Cosworth DFV V8 engine and rode on Goodyear tyres. The car had an aluminium monocoque design, weighed 520kg and was fitted with a Hewland gearbox.
