The Model C was the third model produced by Packard. The cars were built in 1901.

It was one step up from the Model B with a more powerful engine. It was also the first Packard to use a steering wheel instead of a tiller. Top speed was 25 mph.

The Model C was fitted with a 183.8 cubic inch cast iron single-cylinder engine. This engine produced 12hp and was mated to a 2-speed planetary gearbox. The wheelbase was 76 inches long.
