The Penske PC4 was a Formula One racing car manufactured in 1976 and 1977. It was designed by Geoff Ferris and developed by Penske Racing.
It made its début on Sweden Grand Prix, in 1976, finishing 17th. Its best result was a win in Austria Grand Prix 1976. After leaving Formula 1, it was bought by ATS (Auto Technisches Spezialzubehör).
