The Pontiac CF 428 is a concept car that was built in 1970.

The CF 428 project was led by engineer Paul Farago’s (C is for Coggiola, F is for Farago). He wanted to fit the 428 cu in V8 engine that produced 395hp. The car uses the chassis of the Pontiac Grand Prix.
