The Sbarro Filipinetti I is a concept car built in 1965.

Six years after his first prototype, Franco Sbarro, then chief engineer at the famous Scuderia Filipinetti, designed and manufactured an elegant and classic coupé. The car is directly inspired by the Volkswagen Karmann Ghia. The engine is a Volkswagen 1600 cc unit. The weight of the car doesn't exceed 800 kg, which allows the car to reach the respectable speed of 160 km/h (the Volkswagen Karmann could reach 145 km/h). The interior is rather cozy.

The car was given by Franco Sbarro to the Filipinetti family.
