The Sbarro Super Eight was a concept car built in 1984.
Sbarro only built one Super Eight and Super Twelve. The Super Eight was introduced at the 1984 Geneva Motor Show.
The Super Eight’s engine is a V8 Ferrari 3.0 litre producing 260BHP which drives through a 5-speed gearbox (also Ferrari). Its paintwork is more conventional than the Super Twelve’s but both cars have the same bodywork. Other distinguishing features are the wheels and the passenger side rear view mirror: the Super Eight lacks the rear skid plate but has grooves on panel between the side windows.
Both of these formidable cars combined style with state-of–the-art engineering and firmly established Franco Sbarro in the world of exotic car makers.
