The Shadow DN12 was a Formula One racing car manufactured in 1980. It was designed by Vic Morris, Chuck Graeminger and developed by Shadow.


It made its debut on Belgium Grand Prix, in 1980, by replacing the Shadow DN11. After the failed qualification on France Grand Prix 1980, Shadow retired from F1.
