The 14/45 was a car made by Talbot between 1926 and 1935.
The car was fitted with a 1666cc six cylinder engine which was water cooled. The engine had an overhead camshaft with pushrods, the camshaft was machined from one solid bar. The engine was connected to a four speed (later with a silent third gear and preselector) via a single plate clutch. The engine produced 41bhp and the car had a top speed of 67mph (108kmh).
The chassis was 10ft long and had semi-elliptical leaf springs in the front and quarter-elliptical leaf springs in the rear. The car was fitted with rod-operated Perrot brakes at the front and cable operated brakes were later fitted on the rear wheels too.
The 1936 tourer cost £395 in 1926.
