The Velorex Oskar 54 was a microcar produced between 1954 and 1955.
The car was designed as a special two-seater mobility car for the crippled or disabled.
The cars were fitted with a 248.5cc Jawa 250, two-stroke, one cylinder motorcycle engine. This had a maximum power output of 9hp at 4,250rpm and featured forced air cooling. Fuel consumption was 3.6 litres per 100 km.
The weight of an unloaded car was 205 kg and the maximum load of the Oskar 54 was 395 kg. The Oskar 54 was 3.1m long, 1.4m wide and 1.25m high.
