The Wolseley 12 was a car introduced in the 1905 model year.

The displacement of the engine was 2492cc. This was slightly lower than it's predecessor but the power had increased to 12 hp (8.8 kW) at 900rpm.

The chassis had a length of 2591 mm, the weight of the car being 914 kg. In the following year engines were installed with the capacity of the 10. The new engine also produced 12 bhp but at 800rpm.

Besides the long chassis there was a shorter one, being 2159 mm long.

By the 1910 model year, the car was dropped from the Wolseley model line up.
