The 12/16 was a middle-class passenger car manufactured by the Wolseley Motor Company from 1910 to 1912.

It was fitted with a 2226cc (2373cc from 1912) four-cylinder side-valve engine capable of generating 16 bhp (11.8 kW) of output. The chassis itself weighed 762 kg, measured 3861 mm long and 1575 mm wide, and had a wheelbase of 2819 mm.

The 12/16 was offered as a four-seater touring car and four-door sedan.
